Help and support are available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims of crime

The Commissioner for Victims' Rights acknowledges and respects Aboriginal peoples as the state’s First Peoples and nations and recognises Aboriginal peoples as Traditional Owners and occupants of lands and waters in South Australia.

Victims of Crime SA can help you understand what to expect after a crime and what’s involved if you need to go to court. We can also help put you in touch with support services that can assist you.
